Carra Osborne is a passionate advocate and certified trainer dedicated to empowering rural communities, particularly families facing adversity. Through lived experience and extensive work with families impacted by disabilities, foster care, and other challenges, she deeply understands the critical role of resilience and the profound impact of positive childhood experiences. Carra's approach emphasizes building trust and fostering strong relationships within communities to effect meaningful and sustainable change. As a guardian ad litem for children in foster care and a family partner for families of children with disabilities, she directly supports vulnerable individuals. A certified trainer in various resilience topics, Carra is committed to creating more equitable and supportive environments for children and families. Her focus on trauma-informed care guides her work in building stronger, more resilient communities.
